my husband and i spent five peaceful nights at this lodge. short walk to hot springs bow falls and downtown. stayed in unit 1 very nice wood panelled bathroom .and postcard veiw from livingroom. cozy fireplace and nice 32inch flatpanel tv .nice helpful staff .saved a lot of money making own breakfast in kitchen. more

We stayed in a suite at the Rimrock in October and had the worst experience with the food and customer service. The staff did not provide sincere apologies after each incident (2 problems with the food in one day) nor did they offer to remove the food from our bill. It's too bad. We were excited to try the Grizzly House and it fell totally flat. Our waitress was uninterested, at best, and never came by our table except to take our order and drop off our food.
