Can't remember the names of all the staff members who went out of their way to make this an absolutely wonderful, memorable visit, but a few who come to mind are Raul, Hector Jimenez, Angel, Cruz, Alejandro, and some wonderful ladies. Our group was pleasantly surprised at the location and facility. We had a great experience all around. When we were there, somebody was always at the front desk who spoke English which benefitted a few people from our group. Prior to our trip, I looked on their website and nothing is mentioned of the air conditioned gym on the 4th... more

I was at the Gran Hotel Hacienda one night, and it was enjoyable. We arrived late, and were able to eat a nice late dinner in the open air (great weather also). The rooms were fine. They were not laid out in a fashion I'm used to, but overall I think the quality was very good. more
