Stopped by for an late lunch/early dinner. Walked in from a busy street to a square courtyard, open to the sun in the middle but shaded under the four sides. There were high powered ceiling fans that could be turned on over individual tables under the shaded parts so it was comfortable without a.c. I wanted to try the vegetable... more

Ahhhh... what a great shop. A fantastic selection of standard cuban cigars, and some great aged choices as well. Fairly priced, friendly and knowledgeable staff. My wife and I spent a week in April 2008 at this lovely B&B in downtown Mérida, and we highly recommend it. The proprietors, Ana and Marianna, were friendly and helpful and treated us like friends. The hotel's courtyard is lovingly maintained and became our favorite place to hang out in Mérida during the heat of the afternoons. The location... more
