I can whole heartedly agree with the comments that everyone has made, the staff are very well trained and the concierges are very attentive. The gym is nice and compact and there are even laundry facilities there with dryer as well, at a reasonable rate ( £3.00 wash and dry). My only slight complaint is the price of the taxis... more
