I stayed here for 5 nights and had a great stay. The hostel is located very very close to the centro historico and everything is within walking distance. Its easy to get a bus straight here from the main bus station when you arrive too, just ask for Teatro Principal. The hostel was clean and secure and the staff helpful... more

LaRuina was our home away from home for 10 days during the 2007 Christmas Holidays with our 2 grown daughters and their husbands. This was my first time staying in a hostel and since I was traveling with my best friend and some of her students, I decided to stay at the school. It was great! The room was really comfortable, the breakfast prepared by Carlos every day was excellent and the staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. I would recommend this place... more
