We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Mayan. We were treated like royalty. The pool waitstaff was exceptional and very friendly. Everything is always clean. The food was great - especially the buffet. We had a fantastic dinner experience at Barbaroja last night and enjoyed sitting right above the beautiful Acapulco Bay. The atmosphere is fantastic here sitting below the stars and the staff is very attentive to all the details too. The food was perfectly cooked and the cream of seafood soup was outstanding.
