I was very disappointed about my stay - the property was just not nice! The staff were slow, rude and useless. I received a phone call from a sales person in November 2009 asking if I was interested in an ongoing promotion. When I told her that I was not interested, she said "thanks for wasting my time" and hung... more

The beaches are lovely, you must visit Gold Rock Beach! STaying near Port Lucaya is the best idea, as its near the beach, shopping, food and the casino - but taxis are available and around $14 per trip more or less. Our family went on a Carnival Cruise in May 2009 and the the Sea Safari snorkeling on the Fantasia was listed as one of the excursions that was offered.
