Upon arrival, this hotel seemed ok. We waited in line for about 30 minutes, but were offered tropical drinks while we waited. The room was not clean. We found the British Colonial Hilton to be a great home base for our vacation. We stayed for 8 nights and found the entire staff to be very friendly and helpful.
