As a born and bred Tobagonian now living in Canada with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism management and a totally international foodie repertoire, I rate Jemma's as tops! Something that is important to remember about each establishment you visit anywhere in the world is that it must represent what it is selling e.g. don't expect waiters in top hats... more

My fiance and I just returned from what was supposed to be a very pleasant stay in a beautiful hotel with lovely surroundings. Unfortunately it was totally the opposite! It was literally and hour and 45 minutes from the airport in the middle of no where. The only place to eat for miles was at the hotel and the staff... more
