We went to Ciao a few nights into our honeymoon. The service was terrible (the waitstaff didn't pay any attention to us or refill our water glasses), and the food was even worse. The island and Kittitans are awesome. However this hotel is NOT!!!! It's run down and just plain old sad. The food is repetative throughout each meal. No one ever offered us the "alacart menu" ever.
