While on Virgin Gorda we visited the MIne Shaft on three different occasions. Great food, reasonable prices relatively speaking, and the best service on the island. Cindy and family are simply the best. Friendly locals join you for some of the best food on the island. Have the Jerk Burger, Curried Chicken, and if you happen by on Thanksgiving, you can join everyone for THE BEST turkey ever. Try Eric's Cajun Fried Turkey too.
