“Great Hotel with few faults”

The hotel is located about 25 minutes from the airport on the western side of the island overlooking the ocean. My wife and I chose the Valmaniere because of location (near the airport, away from deeply depressing downtown) and value. We had a standard room: small, with a good bath and excellent air-conditioning, for which we paid ca. Euros 200. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. “A Non Refundable Hotel”

I paid 455 Euro for 7 nights and the Hotel refused to reimbursed me although i did not stay there at all. At least they could have taken 2 nights and refunded the rest. Bad practice. BEWARE TRAVELLERS. Will be posting more reviews for sure. more
