This hotel is truly magnificent! The service is incomparable! My wife lost a pair of prescription sunglasses in a taxi. This is the only hotel I have witnessed in San Juan where the front line staff is all at attention when you arrive. My friends and I booked 2 rooms in August for a November trip. After reading the reviews, we started to second guess our decision.
