The resort was exactly as described and there were no hidden suprises.The water was blue,the sand was white and the weather was perfect. What else do you need! really loved going back to the tropical bay.....the people all remembered us even though its been 4 years since we have been back. let me start out by saying this hotel and its location is great! what we cant understand what a PALACE means.....except for the larger rooms...24hr. room service(consists of pick food only) and renovations to pool..Why a palace.... more

What a beautiful place to stay. The roms needs to be updated but, who is there to stay in the room. The staff was surperb!!! Especially Renex, Shellane, Energy, Mecca, and last but not least Winston.
