We spent 8 days at the Iberostar (Great Resort by the way) This hotel (Sunset Beach Resort and Spa) is more like a roach motel without the roaches. Our flight was cancelled by Air Jamaica and they put us up in the Sunset for the night. Hope your flight never gets canceled...your better off staying at the airport even though... more

We waited over two hours to get served, over an hour to place a drink order. The wait people were completely oblivious to us and never came over to tell us anything about the delay. When it came time to pay the bill, it took them over 1/2 hour to figure out what we owed - and then presented us... more
