During a cruise on Royal Caribbean, we docked one day at Roseau, Dominica. Roseau and the rest of the island has not suffered "culturally" like many of the other Caribbean islands. We planned to go on tubing while in Dominica. The rain was very heavy and just before getting on board the owner came and stopped the activity for security reasons and was willing to give refund. This let us with a good feeling for security. more
