We decided to have dinner at this restaurant because our hotel restaurant (Thunderbird Lodge) was a bit pricey. We weren't expecting much when we walked in, but the menu was decent, so we stayed. I concur with the 2 previous reviews, in fact I would not only go to the right after the bridge but would come back down this way instead of making the loop as the other direction didn't provide anything you didn't get from the other route and took longer. Also we were unsure where to go from the middle pool... more

We enjoyed our hike in the narrows, but after so many raves here I expected it to be more stunning than it was. I absolutely can't imagine this hike without a hiking stick to help gauge the water depth as well as to support against the current. The shoe rental ones looked cumbersome as they are wooden, resembling a 5-6... more
