Awesome atmosphere, good room service, great staff. Complete buffet breakfast each morning (included in room price) was magic. I booked through Asia Web Direct after comparing the price among other websites. (It offers the cheapest) Put in some comments, hoping to check in early but serene never got back to me even after repeated e-mails.
