We stayed here in September which was kind of between seasons, so pretty cold but no snow on the ground. Our room was lovely, clean and in good condition, and the balcony was comfortable with a beautiful view of the mountain and I can imagine that covered in snow with the ski lifts running it would be amazing. What a lovely hotel in a perfect setting! Definitely deserves its' 4 star rating. Getting the negative out of the way, I would agree with previous comments about smoking in the hotel. It would be great, in our opinion (as non smokers), if smoking was banned completely in the hotel. Other than that, everything was a plus. Food was buffet... more
