Class of Service

WestJet provides one class of service on its flights.

• All passengers enjoy leather seats.
• You can select your seat, including an exit row seat, for a fee when you purchase your ticket. Seats may be selected for free between 24 hours and 30 minutes before your scheduled departure.
• Depending on your destination, lounges are available for a fee before your flight in select cities, including Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Montreal and Quebec City.

Food and Drink

On flights over 1 hour, passengers enjoy complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and snacks. On flights over 1 hour and 40 minutes, additional snacks are available for purchase, and on flights over 2 hours and 30 minutes, passengers may purchase a variety of sandwiches from the buy-on-board menu. Alcoholic beverages are also available for purchase on most flights over 45 minutes.

Entertainment

Most of WestJet's aircraft offer personal seatback entertainment with 24 channels of live television. On flights that are 2 hours and 30 minutes or longer, passengers can watch the latest Hollywood blockbusters for a fee. Live television is offered on flights throughout Canada and most of the continental United States.

• You can earn WestJet dollars by spending money on WestJet flights. The WestJet dollars act as a rebate where the percentage amount is determined by how much you spend with WestJet on an annual basis.
• WestJet dollars can also be accrued by using the WestJet RBC® MasterCard.
• WestJet dollars can be redeemed to reduce the cost or pay the full fare of a ticket on WestJet.
• WestJet dollars are valid for a period of 5 years from the end of the Qualifying Year in which the WestJet dollars were earned. You can extend the validity of WestJet dollars for a fee.
