First Class passengers traveling on new Boeing 777-300ERs and refitted Boeing 777-300s enjoy a fully lie-flat seat, pajamas, a personal 23-inch LCD screen, noise cancelling headphones and audio and video on demand. Passengers traveling on Boeing 747-400s also enjoy fully lie-flat seats. Passengers traveling on select Boeing 777-200s and Boeing 777-300s enjoy angled lie-flat seats noise-cancelling headphones and audio and video on demand. All First Class passengers enjoy SilverKris Lounge access and access to Star Alliance members' owned lounges.
Business Class passengers traveling on Airbus A380s and Boeing 777-300ERs enjoy fully lie-flat seats and 15.4-inch LCD screens with audio and video on demand. Passengers traveling in Business Class on the A340-500 enjoy fully lie-flat seats, access to a snack corner and 15.4-inch LCD screens with audio and video on demand. The Business Class cabins on medium haul flights on the A330-300 and refitted Boeing 777-300s and 777-200s feature angled lie-flat seats and entertainment systems with audio and video on demand. All Business Class passengers enjoy SilverKris Lounge access and access to Star Alliance members' owned Business Class lounges.
Passengers traveling in Economy Class on Singapore Airlines' A380s, A330-300s and Boeing 777-300ERs enjoy roomy seats, a 10.6-inch personal screen and audio and video on demand. The design of the seats on these aircraft minimizes the intrusion into your personal space when the passenger in front reclines, and the ergonomic styling of the seat maximizes knee and legroom. Preferred seats with more legroom can be purchased before check-in except on short-haul routes within Southeast Asia, flights served by the B777-200ER aircraft and routes where preferred seat selection is subject to regulatory approval, including Taiwan and Japan.
Complimentary meal and beverage service is provided to passengers traveling in Economy Class, and the menus reflect the culinary influences of the regions to which Singapore Airlines flies. Passengers traveling in the Suites, First Class and Business Class enjoy complimentary meal and beverage service and may use the Book the Cook service to select their main course before they fly. On flights to Japan and other select international routes, First Class passengers may enjoy a traditional Japanese meal service called Kyo-Kaiseki. Additionally, on select flights between Singapore and India, First Class passengers may choose Shahi Thali, a special Indian meal service.
Entertainment systems with audio and video on demand are available to passengers traveling on Singapore Airlines' A380s, A340-500s, A330-300s, B777-300ERs, B747-400s and select other B777s.
Singapore Airlines provides 110v AC power outlets in all classes on its A380s, A340-500s, A330-300s and B777-300ERs and in First and Business Class on its B747-400s, and other select B777s. Some B777s have a 15v DC power outlet in First and Business Class, which will require an EmPower adapter to plug in a laptop. There are iPod and iPhone ports and audio-video inputs on Singapore Airlines' A340-500s and A330-300s. There are also USB ports on its A380s, A330-300s, A340-500s and B777-300ERs. Satellite phone service is available for a fee.
