Qatar Airways is the flag carrier of Qatar and is headquartered in Doha. Founded in 1993, Qatar Airways flies to morethan 100 destinations worldwide from its hub at Doha International Airport. Class of Service

Qatar Airways provides two or three classes of service on its flights, depending on the aircraft configuration andthe route.

First Class

Passengers traveling in First Class can check-in at the Premium Terminal in Doha. At the Premium Terminal, First Class passengers are pampered with personal, chauffeur-driven transportation to and from the aircraft, a personal bellman to take care of luggage, a choice of dining establishments, spa access, privacy rooms and a business center. First Class passengers departing from other airports enjoy lounge access both pre-departure as well as upon arrival in Doha. Onboard, passengers receive welcome drinks or traditional Arabic coffee and dates and enjoy amenity kits featuring Prada products, entertainment systems with audio and video on demand and fully lie-flat seats.

Business Class

Passengers traveling in Business Class can also check-in at the Premium Terminal in Doha. At the Premium Terminal, Business Class passengers are pampered with personal, chauffeur-driven transportation to and from the aircraft, a personal bell-host to take care of your luggage, a choice of dining establishments, access to the Spa, privacy roomsand a business center. Business Class passengers departing from other airports enjoy lounge access both pre-departure as well as upon arrival in Doha. Onboard, Business Class passengers enjoy amenity kits, entertainment systems with audio and video on demand and either fully lie-flat or angled lie-flat seats on long haul aircraft.

Economy Class

Economy Class passengers enjoy complimentary meal and beverage service and entertainment systems with audio and video on demand on long-haul aircraft.

Food and Drink

Complimentary meal and beverage service is provided to all passengers on all flights. First Class and Business Class passengers enjoy individual service and dining at their convenience. Special meals are available by ordering 72 hours before departure.

Entertainment

Entertainment systems with audio and video on demand are available on Qatar Airways’ A320s, A321s, A330s, A340s and B777s. Shared video entertainment on overhead screens and a variety of audio channels are available on Qatar Airways’ A319 aircraft.

In-Flight Technology

All First Class and Business Class seats on Qatar Airways’ A330s, A340s and B777s have AC power outlets. AC power outlets are available in Economy Class on select A330-200s, although passengers may have to share the outlets with the passengers sitting next to them.

OnAir service, which allows passengers to text message and browse the internet from their phones or laptops during flight, is being rolled out on Qatar Airways’ A320 aircraft.

The Fleet

Qatar Airways’ fleet includes the following aircraft types*:

A319, A320 and A321

There are more than 35 A319s, A320s and A321s in Qatar Airways’ fleet, and they feature two classes of service.There are angled lie-flat seats in the front cabin of the A319s and recliner seats in the front cabin of the A320s and A321s.

A330-200 and -300

Qatar Airways’ fleet includes more than 35 A330s, which have either two or three classes of service. There are fully lie-flat seats in First Class and angled lie-flat seats in Business Class.

A340

Qatar Airways operates approximately four A340s in its fleet, each featuring three classes of service. First Class has fully lie-flat seats, and Business Class has angled lie-flat seats.

B777-200LR and -300ER

There are approximately 25 777s in Qatar Airways’ fleet, with additional 777s on order. Qatar Airways’ 777s havefully lie-flat seats in Business Class.

• You can earn Qmiles by flying Qatar Airways and other airlines partners.
• Qmiles can also be accrued by purchasing products or services from numerous participating hotel, car, financial and travel partners and by using a Qatar Airways credit card.
• Qmiles can be redeemed for travel awards.
• Qmiles are valid for a period of 5 calendar years and will expire on December 31st of the fifth calendar year if they have not been used.
• Membership levels are Burgundy, Silver and Gold. These membership levels are attained by obtaining 50, 250 and 300 Qpoints, respectively, in one calendar year.
• Perks for Burgundy, Silver and Gold members include priority on the waitlist and an extra baggage allowance. Silver and Gold members enjoy lounge access and bonus mileage.
