NIKI is an Austrian, semi-low-cost airline headquartered in Vienna. Founded in 2003, the airline flies to leisure and business destinations throughout Europe. NIKI, also known as flyNiki, operates its hub at Vienna InternationalAirport. Interestingly, NIKI's aircraft are named after styles of music and dance, such as Bossanova and Tango. NIKI is partly owned by airberlin.

Class of Service

NIKI provides a single class of service on its NIKI City Shuttle flights.

Food and Drink

Complimentary cold snacks and non-alcoholic drinks are provided on NIKI's scheduled flights. Passengers can also pre-order meals up to 48 hours in advance of their flights. On charter flights up to 180 minutes in length, passengers receive hot snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. On charter flights longer than 180 minutes, passengers enjoy hot dishes with a salad, a small dessert and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase on longer charter flights.

Entertainment

On flights longer than 2.45 hours, passengers enjoy U.S. televisions shows or the latest feature films. On shorter flights, video entertainment, including music videos and cartoons, are available. Passengers also enjoy eight audio channels.

• You can earn miles by flying NIKI, airberlin and other airline partners.
• Miles can also be accrued by purchasing products or services from numerous participating hotel, car and retail partners and by using an airberlin credit card.
• Miles can be redeemed for travel awards.
• Miles are valid for 36 months, expiring at the end of the quarter in which they were collected. Miles of Gold members do not expire.
• Membership levels are Classic, Silver and Gold. Classic is the entry level for all members. Silver status is attained by flying 20,000 miles or 24 times on qualifying flights in a twelve-month period. Gold status is attained by flying 40,000 miles on qualifying flights in a twelve-month period.
• Perks for Silver and Gold members include bonus mileage, a free baggage allowance and free seat reservations.
• You can buy miles for a fee.
