Customer Loyalty Program

Lufthansa's Miles & More is Condor's frequent flyer loyalty program.

  • You can earn award miles by flying Condor, Lufthansa, Swiss and other airline partners. Note that you cannot earn status miles or HON Circle miles in the Miles & More program by flying Condor.
  • Miles can also be accrued by purchasing products or services from numerous participating hotel, car and retail partners and by using a Miles & More credit card.
  • Miles can be redeemed for travel and other awards.
  • Award miles not redeemed within 36 months after their accrual date will expire at the end of that quarter. Miles earned by members who have Frequent Traveller, Senator or HON Circle status do not expire provided they retain at least Frequent Traveller status. If a member falls below that, their miles will expire 36 months after the loss of Frequent Traveller status.
  • Membership levels are Miles & More Member, Frequent Traveller, Senator and HON Circle Member. Miles & More Member is the entry level for all participants in the Miles & More program. Frequent Traveller status is attained by flying 35,000 status miles in a calendar year. Senator status is obtained by flying 100,000 (130,000 for German residents) status miles in a calendar year. HON Circle Member status is attained by flying 600,000 HON Circle miles spread over two consecutive calendar years. HON Circle miles are obtained by traveling on Lufthansa, certain airline partners (but not including Condor) and certain rail partners. HON Circle is an extremely prestigious membership level with very personalized service for its members, including personal assistance at Frankfurt and Lufthansa intercontinental stations worldwide.
    • Perks for Frequent Traveller, Senator and HON Circle Member status include mileage bonuses, priority on the waitlist, an extra baggage allowance and lounge access.
    • Frequent Traveller members have Star Alliance Silver status when traveling on Star Alliance airlines.

HON Circle and Senator members are recognized as Star Alliance Gold members when traveling on Star Alliance airlines and have access to Star Alliance members' owned lounges with the Star Alliance Gold logo at the entrance.

  • You can buy and give miles for a fee.
