First Class passengers enjoy fully lie-flat seats in a suite configuration, complimentary meal service with meals made to order, noise-canceling headsets, a 17-inch video screen with audio and video on demand, dedicated check-in, lounge access and on long-haul flights, pajamas by Shanghai Tsang and amenity kits featuring Acca Kappa and Aesop products.
Business Class passengers enjoy complimentary meal service, noise-canceling headsets, a 15.4-inch video screen with audio and video on demand, dedicated check-in and on long-haul flights, amenity kits featuring Murad products. Cathay Pacific is introducing a new, enhanced Business Class product on Boeing 777-300ER and Airbus A330-300 aircraft, which features a larger fully lie-flat seat, as well as iPod and USB ports.
Premium Economy Class passenger experience a new seat with 38 inches of pitch - six inches more than Economy Class. The seat is wider, has a deeper recline, in addition to six more inches of seat pitch than Economy seats. The seat also includes a footrest, a 10.6-inch personal television, in-seat power and a multi-port connector for personal devices. Premium Economy passengers have dedicated priority check-in counters in addition to priority boarding before Economy Class passengers. The new Premium Economy cabin will be progressively installed on long-haul aircraft including Boeing 777-300ERs, Boeing 747-400s, Airbus A330-300s and Airbus A340-300s.
Economy Class passengers on long-haul aircraft enjoy fixed-back shell seats, 9" wide screens featuring audio and video on-demand, and depending on the length of the flight, complimentary meal or snack service. Exit row seats with extra leg room are also available for an extra fee.
Passengers on Cathay Pacific enjoy complimentary meal and snack service, depending on the length of the flight. First Class passengers can choose their own meals and dine anytime they wish, and their dinner includes a caviar service and premium champagne. Business Class passengers are offered a multi-course meal, and Economy Class passengers are offered a meal and beverage service.
Long-haul aircraft feature audio and video on demand on Cathay Pacific's studioCX system with more than 100 movies, 500 television programs, 888 CDs, 22 radio channels and games. Passengers on other aircraft enjoy personal televisions with up to 20 video and 22 radio channels. Movies are available on routes having flying time over two hours and 40 minutes.
Passengers on long-haul flights have access to 110v AC power outlets. Regional aircraft have 15v DC EmPower ports that require an adapter to plug in a laptop. Satellite phone service is available on certain aircraft for a fee.
