We usually fly WestJet to Jamaica, as it is priced well and has multiple options. We always get good service. You pay for everything with WestJet, however it's a four hour flight and the vacation is the real goal. In our past experience, they have usually been on time, with some slight delays, usually due to weather. Customer service has...

Flying is simply not the same anymore. No more china. No more steak and potatoes - of the real deal kind. No more free luggage. And no more candies for you ears! Only bigger line-ups. Bigger prices. Larger than life airports! Having said that I've been blessed to have wonderful experiences flying. Like the time I went to Ottawa and...

So I have flown with west jet before and enjoyed it, but this time it was different. I was unaware that there are no more free movies or even food offered on the flights. I was flying from Toronto to Vancouver, then Vancouver to Hawaii. Both flights were over 5 hours (without the timezone difference) and the only thing we...

This was a long flight -- two in fact. But I love the security that comes with booking with an airline that cares, whose people are stock owners, and who have a sense of humour. Too many times I've been lied to and cheated by other airlines, have heard horror stories of being left on the tarmack for hours, etc....

We all know that flying sucks. With all the new extra fees added flying sucks even more now. Every change is designed to pry more money out of the flying public. Meanwhile the cost of our trip is up over $500 from 2014 and we are still paying 'fuel surcharge' to help the airlines pay for all the bargain-priced fuel...

Flight was good with friendly service. My only issue is with the menu offers. Please, please, please get rid of the beef wrap as it is awful. The worst airline sandwich I have ever tried. For what it costs it should be edible. Rented movies pads for young grandchildren and found children's movie selection limited.

beware if booking with westjet. they have limits on there destinations. they then book cosharing with other airlines. they will gladly take your money and you won't have any assistance with either airlines if there are any problems such as delayes cancelations. overbookings. all of which will cause you nothing but grief if you book with them. two weeks ago...

Our family has been loyal WestJet customers for 10 years. We take 3 to 4 annual vacations and have been purchasing Plus seats for the past 3 years. Our return flight 2755 form Nassau (February 8th, 2016) was booked as PLUS and did pay the extra fees. My wife and I traveled with our daughter and had 4 bags total...

The one thing I notice as a tall person is the leg room on their 737-700. You can book a seat ahead of time with no problem The best thing about the airline is the staff, from the pilot to the attendants, they are good natured and fun to fly with.

I am very happy with how Westjet affordably includes rural areas in bookings. Normally to travel to the UK I would need to pay at least $200 for a flight to a bigger airport and leave from a bigger airline, but Westjet includes the rural areas in international itineraries very affordably. It was actually cheaper for me to book from...
