I fly this route continuously and find that Qantas have a good range of flights and as a Platinum member I always get seriously good first class service, which includes access to the Fist Class lounges and the one in Sydney is probably the best lounge in the world. The planes on this route are not up to much but...

Fly from Sydney To Brisbane every 4 weeks approx to see grandchildren I have chose Qantas as my carrier because they seem to be very consist and I enjoy the Qantas lounge to refresh and I a bite to eat. I do ask for the wing seat on a 737-800 aircraft as it has more leg room opposed to business...

I wasted my frequent flyer points by upgrading to this Premium Economy class. The service was so bad. What service? Very little! The seat slightly better than economy. On upper deck of A380 with toilet door openeing and closing all through the night. By 8:30 the cabin crew had gobe to sleep. All I saw all night was one steward...

Was a memorable flight. Service amazing. Champagne while we waited to take off, Lovely meals, pillow top to lay over the seat once you recline for a sleep. Love the amenity kits. Very nice. Have only been on 2 business class flights & Qantas was the best.

Very modern, fast aircraft - Airbus A380, Cabin crew are friendly, well presented, and even frequently come past at night time when most people are sleeping. I don't sleep on planes, so it was nice to be able to get a glass of wine whenever I wanted one. Other long haul operator cabin crew don't come round once the lights...

I was tired and suffering a headache from the warm humidity of Northern Territory when I boarded the homeward bound flight. However I was quickly made comfortable and the Customer Service Manager extended every effort to care for me. His attention to detail and overseeing the cabin attendants was faultless. I was treated with special care and served his own...

I hadn't flown with Qantas for many years, so was very reassured that Australia's national airline was at least as good as Emarites or Etihad, for long haul flights in economy class seats. They were far more generous with in flight water for keeping hydrated than LAN or Etihad have been, during my experiences of flights over the past three...

On a round the world trip in November and December on 7 countries with several airlines all with business class the Qantas service was dreadful and staff attitude not much better, on one flight from Hawaii to Sydney the didn't have potatoes the pork was stone cold and the broccoli uncooked, told the steward and he said 'cant do anything...

Thank you Qantas, nonstop flights to NZ from perth have been a long time coming and Air New Zealand have had the monopoly for too long. Your price for 2 adults and 3 children return was $2000 cheaper than your opposition. Staff were friendly and helpful and both flights were not just on time but 25 mins early.
