BA business has gone downhill. My most recent experience was just dreadful (and costly). I flew first class from Dulles to Heathrow, and was booked to return Business Class from London Heathrow to Washington DC Dulles Airport. As my inbound flight to Heathrow got delayed, I missed my connection. I know these things can happen, and good airlines handle them...

The flight took off on time and was very smooth. Service during the flight was good and the food was delicious. The seat can be positioned completely flat and are sufficiently wide and long.

My husband and I travelled on this BA flight on 16th January - the aircraft was not the one I had booked - the seats were not the ones I had paid for (they were free) and the cabin temperature the whole flight was so cold even the blanket and extra jumpers could not keep us warm - we complained...

A shocking flight!!! The first flight from LGW to RAK was good, comfortable, nice smooth flight all in all it was good. However on the way back was ANOTHER story!! We got stuck in the Passport Control area in Marrakesh airport, a huge que we stood in for almost 1 hour!!!! I asked the staff member look our flight leaves...

Comfortable seats but the much vaunted entertainment system is slow to use and with a very small screen is not great. The table folds out from the armrest and all of ours were sloped so not ideal, most likely this is due to the age of the aircraft. You do get a glass of champagne before takeoff but after that...

We flew business class from London City airport to Granada, Spain, last autumn. In Business Class the seats are slightly wider and more comfortable and legroom is more generous. Drinks and food were very good on both the outward and inward flights. Staff were very helpful and friendly. No in-flight entertainment as this was a short-haul flight. Recommended.

polite and friendly staff, cabin crew were very attentive. the food was very good usb slot to charge my phone the range of in flight entertainment was impressive, with a good range of films - many recent releases a great flight experience! except... don't pay extra for the extra legroom if you're on a night flight - you'll end up...

Plane cabin was clean, staff friendly, sufficient legroom. I was surprised to see the in-flight entertainment screens on a short-haul (2.5h) flight, although they were switched off (saving for long-haul flights?). The USB power supply worked though. The only complaint - a miniature sandwich is clearly not enough for the 2.5h flight. I would understand if it was for a...
