We have taken many international and domestic flights with Air New Zealand. Almost each time we would enjoy the flight and appreciate the service. Highly recommended!

Want to fly to Auckland? If you can afford it, look no further than to take business class in Air New Zealand. Why despite being so expensive? First, all other airlines going to from US to Auckland cost similar for business class fair. Second, flights lasting for more than 5 hours drives me to the wall because I cannot sleep...

Flying from Christchurch to San Fran meant that we had to first fly to Auckland before the Auckland to San Francisco flight. The flight to Auckland was enjoyable and soon we were on our way. Air New Zealand checked in our bags to automatically transfer to our next flight so it was easy to transfer to the international terminal etc....

When paying for an upgrade I expected to get what I paid for. I paid for works deluxe and what we received was far from it. The plane we had expected to board was an airbus a320 and what we actually ended up on was one of your older fleets that was in dire need of a clean and some...

ANZ is a good airline but not a great airline. We felt rather cramped and as we were on a long flight found moving around the plane difficult. The staff were efficient but not overly approachable. The food was run of the mill and there was a distinct lack of snacks and drinks. the check in was difficult to assess...

I flew to LA from London, which is a fairly long flight so I wasn't looking forward to it, but I couldn't have been happier with my decision! The airline certainly deserves 5 stars in all categories..Communication after booking to the flight, Customer Care representatives, Cabin crew, Food served and just the overall experience! I loved the inflight service and...

separate domestic flight terminal in aukland airport, easy to find well indicated from international flight terminal. Mostly self check in but help readily to hand. Stress free - easy enough to negotiate even for 'newby' like me.

Have taken ANZ from LAX to the Cook Islands twice, the first time in coach and this last time we flew their business class. ANZ is much like any U.S based major carrier, the food and in-flight service is good but not great, they can all take lessons from some of the Asian and European carriers. ANZ's lounge at the...

As traveling economy expected to be packed in like sardines, I spilt my wine over the next passenger as the seating in front pushed all the way back and I had no room. I asked the steward to ask the lady if she could just inch her seat a bit, no the seat can recline that far. even other customers...

Air NZ will always be my favourite airliner for crossing the ditch (from NZ to Australia). It is the most comfortable, has the best service and offers a small range of free inflight entertainment. The safety video's are always entertaining, and the staff are always helpful. Where possible, I always fly Air NZ!
